Under the agreement, OG&E will provide electricity to a prospective data center project. This project will bring new jobs and revenue to our community and local economy. To make this happen, we need you to vote yes.
APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR EXISTING ELECTRIC SERVICES, RATES OR TAXES.
Your electric services will remain the same.

Shall a franchise be granted to the Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, giving it the right to produce, transmit, distribute, and sell electricity for all purposes for which it may be used by Kipper, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries located on specific designated property, and the right to construct, maintain and operate a system of poles, wires, conduits and other facilities and equipment in, upon, across, under and over the streets, alleys, public grounds or ways for the limited purpose of providing electricity to said property, for a period of twenty-five years, providing compensation to the City, all in accordance with the terms of Ordinance 3543?
